How does it work?
We've simplified our process to ensure you never worry about your medications.
To place an order, simply request your medication by subscribing to a plan or using the quick order form on the homepage. After providing some information about yourself, delivery details, and preferences, a Care Specialist will be assigned to your order. They will review your information and personalise it based on your preferences.
By subscribing to a plan, you'll receive ongoing support from your assigned Care Specialist and be able to track your medication history. As long as you're subscribed, your medications will be delivered to your doorstep before you run out.
Note
Your care specialist will only ask relevant questions needed to personalise your care and will keep your information strictly confidential. If you don't have a prescription, we can help set up a virtual consultation with a physician, so you don't have to worry about going to the hospital to get one.
