What is a refill?

A refill is a tailored package with all the medications you got in your first order. It's curated specifically for you, so in most cases, there's no one else who has the same refill as you. This is because we take into account your preferences for the level of care you need.

To create a refill, first make an order with the medications you need. 

If you need to customise further or make changes ahead of your refill date, our care Specialists are always available to help.

• Will I be notified when it's time to refill my medications?

  Certainly! Starting from one week before your refill is due, you'll be notified via email, SMS and/or WhatsApp. You will also receive a notification within your dashboard where you can easily confirm your refill.

• Can I cancel my refill?

  Yes, you can. Simply log into your account, select the ord you'd like to cancel, and opt out of recurrent debit by toggling off the button you can see below.

• Can I automate my order for monthly delivery?

  Yes, we offer a convenient option for monthly delivery of your medications. Simply make your order recurring via your dashboard, set a duration, then opt in for automated debits. We'll deliver to your doorstep (or preferred location) the next month, ...

• Can I customise my order before a refill?

  Yes, you can. Your refills can be customised to your needs, so if you need extra personalisation, kindly speak with a Care Specialist. Your wellness is our top priority, and we're committed to providing you with the care you deserve.

• How long does it take till I get my medications?

  Orders within Lagos take between 1-2 working days to be delivered, while orders outside of Lagos, take between 3-5 days.
