We've built Famasi to cater to anyone and everyone, starting with you. Whether you're managing a chronic condition or not.
But for clarity, we've categorised our users into three:
- Patients
- Payers
- Providers
Patients
These are individuals with recurrent medication needs, such as those managing chronic illnesses. This can also be individuals who need medication to supplement their daily lives or for repeated issues, like monthly periods for women.
Payers
These are individuals or organizations that take on the financial burden of the healthcare Famasi is providing for someone else. For instance, high-income individuals & employers paying the healthcare costs of their relatives/employees to make their lives easier.
We have divided this further into three sub-categories:
- Caregivers: Individuals who either buy medications for someone else or offset the bill when the need arises.
- Employers: Business owners that add healthcare benefits to their employees' compensation packages to show they care about their wellbeing.
- Health Maintenance Organizations: HMOs that cater to enrollees registered with their organisations to keep them healthy by extending our medication management service to them.
Providers
These are individuals involved in decisions that directly affect the patients.
We've divided this further into two sub-categories:
- Care Provider: These are individuals who provide a service to patients, which includes medical professionals like nurses, pharmacies, diagnostics providers.
- Physicians: These are medical professionals who give trusted professional opinions on the health of the patient.
